Returns & Refunds

We want you to like our products just as much as we do, so if you’re not satisfied with what you purchased from our online shop, feel free to return it within 14 days after the delivery of your order. You will be fully reimbursed for all items returned in the original condition along with the receipt or a copy of the receipt and this form.

Please note that we do not do exchanges. If you would like to change color or size you have return the unwanted items(s) through the process described above. You then have to place a new order for the item in the size/color you want.

Return online order in store

You can return your online order in our store at Drottninggatan 94 in Stockholm. Bring the item / items you want to return together with the receipt.

You can have the receipt in your mobile or as a printout. Remember that if you make the return in store, you do not need to make any request on the web.

The refund will be made to the same account you used when you placed the order.

Send us your return

1) Ship your items with a company that offers Shipment Tracking. (For Swedish customer use the return label in the package)

2) Insure the shipment or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are as protected as possible if the package is lost or damaged along the way. The reason why we recommend this is because you are responsible for the products safe journey back to our warehouse. You´re responsible for shipping costs on returned items. Whyred will place refunds for returned merchandise to the credit card you used when you made the order within 3-14 business days of the return of the product. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs.

Return with Budbee

1.Click on the link or go to your order in the app. Click on the “book a return pick-up” button.

2.Pack the products in the same bag your received them in. You do not need to print a shipping label, Budbee will take care of that!

3.Select a pick-up time that suits you. Choose if you would like to leave the package outside your door or if you would like to hand it over to the driver personally. 

4.Budbee will keep you updated via texts or notifications in the app, as usual, you will be able to track the driver in real-time on our map.


Defective Items

If you have received an item that has been damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping company in the first place. You can also contact us at Whyred. If you find something that you think is a defect or production error on your Whyred item, please contact us at;

For defective items Whyred will cover the shipping costs and do our absolute best to replace the item or reimburse you fully. First of all we do our best to repair the defect item. If that can´t be done we will replace the item with a new one in the same model and size. If we can´t implement the two options above we will fully reimbursed you by giving you the money back to the account you paid from when you made the order. When you send the defect item back, don´t forget to attach the receipt or the order confirmation you´ve received by email together with your returned item.

If you purchased a pair of shoes or boots from our online shop we strongly recommend you to contact your nearest shoemaker to strengthen the sole and heels before use.
